Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Wanted Software and Advertising Ltd, London, United Kingdom. By creating an account you accept them and our Community Guidelines.
2. Who can use DoTalky
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person, one account.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email or account safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Your content
You own the postcards, messages and photos you create. You give us a limited licence to host, process (including transcription and moderation) and show them to the people you send them to, only to run DoTalky. You confirm you have the right to share what you post.
5. Rules
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not share contact details, sexual content or violence, harass anyone, impersonate others, spam, scrape the service or try to break our security.
6. Free service and fair use
DoTalky is free at launch. To keep it fast for everyone, some features have fair daily limits, such as AI practice minutes. If we introduce paid plans, we will explain prices before you buy and you can cancel any time.
7. AI features
AI corrections and Talky replies can be wrong. They are learning aids, not professional advice.
8. Suspension and deletion
We may warn, pause or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on dotalky.com/delete-account.
9. Liability
We provide DoTalky “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; consumers keep the protections of their country of residence. Contact: legal@dotalky.com.
