Account deletion
Delete your DoTalky account
You can delete your account in the app or with this form, even if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.
Deleted
- Profile, photos and selfie check
- Voice postcards and transcripts
- Chats, phrasebook and passport
- Push tokens and device data
Kept for a limited time
- Payment records required by tax law (if any purchase was made)
- Safety reports you made or received: 1 year
- Encrypted backups: rolled off within 30 days
In the app
Settings → Account → Delete account. Works on Android and app.dotalky.com.
Changed your mind?
Log in within 30 days to cancel the deletion. After that your data cannot be recovered.
