Child Safety Standards

1. DoTalky is for adults only
Users must be 18 or older. We confirm age at sign-up with a birth date, use platform age signals where available and remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms or endangers minors is prohibited. Such accounts are removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and the UK Internet Watch Foundation where applicable.
3. Detection and moderation
Photos and messages are checked automatically for sexual content, and reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours, with child-safety reports prioritised.
4. How to report
Report in the app from any profile or message, or email childsafety@dotalky.com. Our designated child-safety contact handles these reports.
