Community Guidelines
1. Be kind, be curious
Everyone here is learning. Correct gently, be patient with accents and assume good intent.
2. Keep it on DoTalky
Do not share phone numbers, usernames, links, emails or other apps, even spelled out. Our filters block them to protect everyone from scams and pressure for personal details.
3. No sexual content or flirting pressure
DoTalky is for language practice. Sexual messages, requests for photos and repeated flirting after someone says no are not allowed.
4. Photo rules
Your main photo must clearly show your face. Your additional photos (up to 6) must include people; photos of only nature, flowers, insects, animals, food or objects, screenshots and images with text or contact details are not accepted. No nudity, violence or blood.
5. No hate, harassment or threats
No insults about nationality, accent, religion, gender, sexuality or appearance. No threats, stalking or encouraging self-harm.
6. Be yourself
Use your real age and your own photos. No fake profiles, bots, spam or selling.
7. Report and block
Long-press any message or open a profile to report or block. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. Strikes lead to warnings, a 24-hour pause and then account review.
